Our products are used for various research applications including, but not limited to: immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and enzyme linked immunosobent assays. We have exclusive and non-exclusive licensing agreements with a number of universities and guarantee the quality of our products.
Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV)
Monoclonal Antibody: SDOW17
Monoclonal antibody SDOW17 recognizes a highly conserved, conformationally dependant epitope on the nucleocapsid protein of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV). This antibody reacts with 99% of North American and European strains of PRRSV. It does not react with the PrimePac PRRSV vaccine strain. The product is supplied as mouse ascites fluid (SDOW17-A), mouse ascites conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (SDOW17-F), and mouse ascites conjugated with biotin (SDOW17-B).

Monoclonal Antibody: SR30
Monoclonal antibody SR30 recognizes a highly conserved, conformationally dependant epitope on the nucleocapsid protein of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV). This antibody reacts with virtually all North American and European strains of PRRSV. The product is supplied as mouse ascites fluid (SR30-A), mouse ascites conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (SR30-F), and mouse ascites conjugated with biotin (SR30-B).

Monoclonal Antibody: AT-13
Monoclonal antibody AT-13 recognizes conserved epitopes within the nucleocapsid protein of PRRSV. It was produced against a European-like strain (U.S. type 1) recently isolated within the United States. It has a high degree of cross reactivity to European, European - like, and North American isolates of PRRSV. This monoclonal antibody is produced as mouse ascites fluid.
Escherichia coli K88
Monoclonal Antibody: EC K88
The anti-K88ac monoclonal antibody was created against the K88 fimbriae of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC). The antibody reacts with K88 fimbriae of ETEC and blocks the binding of K88+ bacteria to intestinal epithelial cells. The antibody is produced as mouse ascites fluid.
Escherichia coli F18
Monoclonal Antibody: E. Coli F18
The anti-F18 monoclonal antibody was created against the 2134P fimbriae of enterotoxigenic Escherichia Coli (ETEC). The antibody reacts with F18 fimbriae of ETEC and blocks the binding of F18 positive bacteria to intestinal epithelial cells. The antibody is produced in hybridoma cells and is available as cell culture supernatant.
Escherichia coli 987P
Monoclonal Antibody: EC 4A3
Monoclonal antibody EC 4A3 reacts with Escheriaicia coli (E. coli) strains that express the 987P pilus antigen. This antibody is produced as mouse ascites fluid.
Escheriachia coli F41
Monoclonal Antibody: EC F41 clone 56/85
The anti-F41 nomoclonal antibody was created against the F41 fimbriae of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC). The antibody reacts with K88 fimbriae of ETEC and blocks the binding of F41 positive bacteria to intestinal epithelial cells. The antibody is produced as cell culture supernatant.
Porcine Circovirus 2 (PCV2)
Monoclonal Antibody: PCV2
The PCV2 monoclonal antibody reacts with antigenic group II viruses from the porcine circovirus family. This monoclonal antibody was found to react by a dot-immunoblot assay to purified virus; and is specific for ORF2 (nucleocapsid protein). This antibody does not cross-react with PCV1.The antibody is produced as mouse ascites fluid.

Monoclonal Antibody: BC6-4
Monoclonal antibody BC 6-4 reacts with North American strains of Bovine Coronavirus (BCV). This monoclonal antibody recognizes an epitope on the nucleocapsid protein of BCV. The antibody is produced as mouse ascites fluid. One BC 6-4 product is available: BC 6-4-A (unconjugated ascites fluid).
Rotavirus
Monoclonal Antibody: Rotavirus RV11-2
Monoclonal antibody RV 11-2 reacts with Group A strains of rotavirus (RV). This monoclonal antibody recognizes an epitope on the VP6 protein of RV. The antibody is produced as mouse ascites fluid. Two RV 11-2 products are available. RV11-A is supplied as mouse ascites fluid. RV 11-2-F is mouse ascites fluid conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate.
Infectious Laryngotracheitis Virus
