The antibody is provided sterile filtered. Long term storage at -20 ͦ C ; short term storage a 4 ͦ C. Shelf life at -20 ͦ C is greater than 5 years. avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Aliquot into smaller amounts and refreeze if using in small amounts. Ascites fluid should not be diluted in PBS, as some procedures are very sensitive to the presence of phosphates.
