Monoclonal Antibody: EC F41 clone 56/85

The anti-F41 nomoclonal antibody was created against the F41 fimbriae of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC). The antibody reacts with K88 fimbriae of ETEC and blocks the binding of F41 positive bacteria to intestinal epithelial cells. The antibody is produced as cell culture supernatant.

Uses and Recommended Dilutions

The antibody is provided sterile filtered. Long term storage at -20 ͦ C ; short term storage a 4 ͦ C. Shelf life at -20 ͦ C is greater than 5 years. Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Aliquot into smaller amounts and refreeze if using in small amounts.
