Monoclonal Antibody: SR30

Monoclonal antibody SR30 recognizes a highly conserved, conformationally dependant epitope on the nucleocapsid protein of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV). This antibody reacts with virtually all North American and European strains of PRRSV. The product is supplied as mouse ascites fluid (SR30-A), mouse ascites conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (SR30-F), and mouse ascites conjugated with biotin (SR30-B).

Non-neutralizing

Uses

Parental Myeloma: NS-1

SR30-A
Product SR30-A is recommended for use in immunohistochemistry, indirect fluorescent antibody, and enzyme linked-immunosorbent assay applications. Individual laboratories and investigators are advised to determine the optimal working dilution for their protocol.

SR30-F
This monoclonal antibody-fluorescein conjugate is recommended for use in immunofluorescence tests at a dilution not to exceed 1:100 in phosphate buffered saline.

SR30-B
This monoclonal antibody-biotin conjugate is recommended for use in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays for antigen detection. Working dilutions should not exceed 1:500.
